Complaint against Stansted Airport
Today, 07.05.2018 at 06:25, my wife(Ekaterina Stadniks) and my daughter(Laima Stadnika) had to flight to Riga. Flight FR2642. But because Stansted airport staff they lost the flight. They were at time in the airport. but in the checkpoint they were to long because of stuff. my wife told that they will loose the flight but staff answered that they have to wait in a que. my wife started crying because had a three years old child on hands. but stuff were cold and indifferent. So they lost the flight. We are very unhappy. it is unacceptable to be like this. My wife told that will be late for flight but from staff there was no reaction. Now I had to bought again new tickets because my family was flying to hospital because of daughters allergy. Very sad thing. we are pure people and because of Stansted airport staff we lost a lot of money. Very bad
