Complaint against Stansted Airport
My mum had her flight the 6.05.2018. While her belongings were checked her ID was lost. The result was she wasn't allowed to flight and missed her flight back home. Than the staff working at the airport brought the ID but it was to late, the plane took off. My mum was send to airline to buy another ticket for next flight. She doesn't speak English and she didn't know what the people want from her. The charged my mum nearly £200 for new ticket.It wasn't mu my foult that the id was lost and than brought to late. It is ridiculous to make a poor woman pay for new ticket this money if she doesn't realise is that much. I expect the customer service to take under consideration my complaint and I expect the they will give my mum the money back. I her country is that nearly how much she earn every month after 30years working. Thank you and I am looking forward to sort the case so my mum can have her money back.
