Complaint against Stansted Airport
I have been trying to contact you about this booking since Thursday evening. I was trying to book car parking on your website throughout the day and early evening on Thursday but it would not accept my registration number and confirm the booking so in the end I gave up and booked through holiday extras instead. A short while later I received a confirmation from yourselves, for this "booking" that I didn't manage to complete. Please could you cancel it and refund my credit card immediately. I have tried to phone but no-one answers it, I've been on hold for over 10 minutes on two separate occasions and other times for shorter periods, but at £1.30, or £7.50 a time for ten minutes there is only So long you can hold. I've also sent an email to customer feedback, and got their automated reply, but nothing else. Please can you sort this out for me!!! Many thanks.
