I was trying to make a refund as there was a huge delay with the trains on the 28/09/15. However I clicked on the wrong tab on their website "Apply for a product refund", clicking on this cancels your season ticket without warning and erases the card from their system. I called the help line to try and amend the issue, so I could travel home later on today. however one of their staff told me that they are not able to correct this, I will have to pay for a new card and I will have to pay for the next 24 hours. Then they will be able to reactivate my new card. I find this to be wrong and a pointless exercise, costing the customer more when already a lot has been spent on a season ticket.
