Complaint against Terravision

Dear TerraVision My contact is regarding a situation that happens to on 26 of April 2016. I arrive at Gatwich Nort Terminal Aerport at 23h00 with a ticket that i buy from one of your promoter. The ticket was from Gatwick to London. I wait with other 10 people outside in the cold for 2 hours and no bus showed. I call 10 times for your number and service and nothing show up. I had to buy a ticket from national express and then a taxi to get to my destination after 3h30. I want my refund of the ticket back immediately. I will press charges for this situation if you dont pay. I also send this email to all the press, newspapers and journalist contacts that i have. so they can now and publish the money extorsion that you are doing It’s a shame that you sell a ticket for a service and at the end there were no bus or service.
