Complaint against lowcostholidays

In october 2014 lowcostholidays sold us a holiday for 3rd august 2015 for 7 nights in Italy...The flight was scheduled to take off at 06-50 but when we checked in we were informed that the flight time was actually 15-50 some nine hours later..My wife is disabled and wheelchair bound and this prolonged length of time just sitting in her wheelchair caused her a lot of pain and distress..It ruined the first day of our holiday and such where the after effects we had to cancel two family trips to Venice and Milan..Lowcostholidays said it was a computer error and offered me £75 off our next holiday with them so I stated that there would be no more holidays with them..They then offered me a meagre £57 refund which I refused but they still refunded that money to my credit card account..Since august last year I have sent three recorded delivery letters to which they have not replied..I have stated that I was seeking compensation for (a) Breach of contract. (b) Wrong Information..(c) Loss of enjoyment. (d) Discomfort and distress caused to my disabled wife and our holiday ruined. Please tell me if there is anything I can do or who to contact..I realise that legal action should be a last resort but I need to get this sorted Thank You Barry Morrison
