Complaint against Go North East

This was the complaint As not getting response to emails I would like this fully investigated if not will take further Would like to lodge a formal complaint, about the company day by day busses are late and I end up being late for work Today in the space of an hour I have had two busses drive straight pass me even though the drivers did see me as they shook their heads at me. Number 9 at Newcastle road 16.48 and 17.10 I rang through to customer services and got the usual reply well look into it, this not enough I spend nearly 60 a month on your busses getting me to and from work, if I could use a different bus company I would. I now have had to pay for another bus ticket as my phone died whilst dealing with customer services. I want a formal complaint logged and want compensation for the poor service , attached to email bus ticket I have had to buy
