Complaint against First Great Western
Almost every single day, trains are delayed or cancelled, causing customers to be late to work, miss connecting trains, and be late home after work. Refunds are extremely hard to get due to the specifics. You can either be cheap and bad, or expensive and good, but this is ridiculous because they manage to rob us of both our money and our time. My wife and I collectively spend over £12,000 a year to get in and out of London. Acceptable if it's a good service, but it's terrible and I arrive on time at most ONCE a week. Disgusting thieving company, it must stop. Either lowered fares or improved service immediately.
