Complaint against Qatar Airways

We were flying from Doha to Belfast via Edinburgh on 7 January. The flight from Doha was delayed about 2and half hours. This was due to 2 things, The first was a connecting flight from Australia was late and the second was a medical emergency. This delay caused us to miss our connecting flight from Edinburgh to Belfast. We had to wait over 6 hours in Edinburgh for another flight to Belfast. Our luggage was supposed to go from Doha to Belfast, but we found out it was still in Edinburgh. We had to wait about 2 hours while they traced where the luggage was, and then we had to rebook it to Belfast. The flight from Doha was an overnight one and we were exhausted. I am disabled and had to sit in a wheelchair in Edinburgh to wait for our flight to Belfast. I have contacted Qatar Airways several times and the customer service is nonexistent. The same thing happened on the outward flight and Aer Lingus immediately offered to reimburse us for food costs. Not Qatar Airways. They are advertised as the worlds only 5 star airline, they are anything but. We will never use them again, and my review on Trip Advisor will reflect this. They already have bad reviews on Trip Advisor. Just wish we had read the reviews before we booked with them Avoid this airline
