Complaint against Network Rail
Yesterday the 4th Nov my daughter and my 2 grandchildren and myself bought tickets to Newcastle and return when the train arrived it was jammed packed and we couldnt get on .We had bought little mix tickets which was a xmas present for my grandaughter last year the driver of the train told us to complain at the ticket office which we did the girl said they wouldnt put any alternative transport and basically we were just left on the station. THE DRIVER TOLD US IT WAS POINTLESS waiting for the next train as it would be just as full this is disgusting and not right letting these children down and dissapointed they knew about this event and did nothing to resolve this
