Train tickets
Complaint against
ScotRail
They are not showing clear information about Tickets and when You būy The wrong one for refund You have to pay more that The cost of The full Tickets. Never in my Life i have Seen that. There are different platforms and when You Miss one train and You want to take Next One Tickets are not valid anymore. They should improve The Service.
