Complaint against Stagecoach
I travel with the stagecoach service x64 on a weekly basis. Today is tuesday the 3rd of April.The bus is due from the exeter bus station at 6am. I arrived ten minutes prior and waited until 6.15 before i rang the control office asking the whereabouts of the bus. I was told that i needed to ring Torquay as it was their service. I didn't have time at that point , or a pen to take down the number i was given ,as I needed to get a taxi to work asap. Which cost me £15.30 ! .when i already have a monthly pass. (ANNOYED) To say the least. At 10.30 am, I rang Torquay, only to be told it is actually exeter who have control of this journey. So I rang back to be told he had no idea why the bus didn't arrive and that he would look into it and assured me it will be running tomorrow. The person I spoke to was polite and understanding but this has happened on other occasions , where it's 10 , 15 minutes late. I am a chef in a hotel and I open it to let the other staff in. I have been in trouble over this before and it's costing me so much money which I really can't afford to pay in taxis. Please can you look into this as I fear I will lose my job if it happens again.
