Complaint against Singapore Airlines

We're currently on holiday in Asia and flew here with SIA in their new Premium Economy Class which was quite costly. We pre-ordered Gluten Free and Non-Seafood meals for my wife but were told only one allergy could be declared. Consequently on board, the GF Meal was seafood which my wife couldn't eat and the crew weren't really bothered. Hungry for 11 hours for a fare of almost £1500. From Singapore to Hanoi the crew were most apologetic and brought my wife a Business Class meal - many thanks to this crew. Email exchanges to SIA indicate my wife will be fed on the way home so let's see what happens? SIA are a Five Star Airline but used to be much better. I hold Platinum Cards with KLM and Garuda Indonesia so am used to better treatment.
