[LAPSED] Worst Holiday Experience I've ever had

We used icelolly to book a holiday from Manchester to Majorca to meet some friends and have had endless issues. We didn't get confirmation of our holiday, then when we did our flights had been changed to fly to and from Edinburgh? When I called to question this they then told us the only compromise was to fly via Edinburgh. We then got moved to another resort without as much as a phone call and got told that it wasn't their fault due to low cost beds going bust - after a week of poor customer service / a lady shouting at me / no one returning calls or emails, we tried to get a refund which we told we couldn't do. As the build up to our holiday was ruined, we then took it upon ourselves to book through travel republic - who we had ZERO dramas with. Lesson learnt - do not use this company.
