Complaint against Northern Rail
I have all ready phoned you about my complaint weeks ago but have heard nothing. My ref is 2p69 On Saturday 27th of August 2016 I was coming back on the Sheffield to Lincoln train, to get off at Saxilby. I caught the Chesterfield train to Sheffield at 12:03; gotj to Sheffield at 12:17. The Sheffield train should have left at 12:27, but was late leaving. I got to Retford and then had to get off the train because there was a signal fault at Gainsborough. There was no alternative transport laid-on, and it was at least 120 minutes before a train arrived to take me to Saxilby. I arrived home at about 4:30. I sent all my tickets with the right form to Northern Rail and have heard nothing from them. Could you please follow this up for me. I did phone your company some weeks ago but have heard from you either
