Hotel was cancel and was never informed

Complaint against A1 Travel

Arrived at hotel and accommodation had been cancel, as they used low cost bed which went burst 15 July, but payment had been made to A1 after this date A1 even sent us our accommodation voucher on 5th August, so unaware of any problem, we had to sleep on beach for first night on our honeymoon as no accommodation available, called them next day at 9am and promised to call me back I had to call various time during day and it still wasn't resolved at 4pm ended up paying out for more accommodation - finally got money back for hotel but its not acceptable
