I can't begin to put into words how disgusting this company's customer service is. I have just brought groupon vouchers to Disneyland for my 2 year old. What started out as a good deal has ended up being a nightmare. The money the want for extras is disgusting. The offer was 3 nights and park tickets. What we are offered was really late flight on first day and 6 am flight on the last day only giving us 2 days but for £120 more they could surprisly find better flights. Also turns out they only give you 1 day tickets for a 3 night Disneyland holiday resulting in us having to purchase more tickets which I didn't do through them as they were trying to charge £40 per day for my 2 year old who is free. When I tried to cancel the holiday all together after multiple phone calls and emails they said I would lose 100% as they don't do refunds. The advisor did say to take out holiday insurance today and cancel the holiday next year and claim my money back through the insurance - shocked by this as it is seen as fraudulent - great customer service I don't think so. Just wish I could turn back time and book straight through Disneyland Paris as it would have saved us over £500 and been a better hotel and flight times. We live And learn. My advice is to steer well clear
