Complaint against Imagine Cruising
Having travelled with Imagine last April and had a great holiday, I felt confident to book again for a trip to South America. However, although I was assured by phone that all luggage had been paid for I was charged £20 to transport my case from Rio de Janeiro to Iguazu Falls as were a couple of other people. My paperwork also stated that a couple of transfers were not paid for and although they turned out to be I was anxious being a solo traveller in an unfamiliar country in view of the luggage experience. I felt that I should not have had to contend with this sort of anxiety. Travelling from the Falls to Buenos Aires I found that I was the only person in my group going to my designated hotel late at night. I discovered later that there had been room on the coach going to the airport and plenty of room on the plane with others booked into my hotel. As a single traveller I feel that I had been lulled into a false sense of security by Imagine by my previous trip.
