Complaint against Imagine Cruising

We r supposed to be travelling to China on 26th March imagine cruising will not look at changing or refunding our money at present. We have to pay for Chinese visas which will cost an unrefundable £350. Imagine seem to be hiding behind foreign Office advice as other travel companies are offering alternatives for clients booked for March and April. The customer service from imagineer is not what is expected for a major travel company. Is any one else experiencing this?

We have had a similar experience - worst customer service I've ever had. Our MSC cruise that we booked via them as a package with flights and accommodation has been cancelled and they refuse providing any additional information on the cancellation and refund of the full package - just delaying responses - it is now 2 days to departure. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Us too! We were due to travel to Tokyo tomorrow and embark a cruise on 28/03. The cruise was cancelled by Holland-America weeks ago, but IC have done nothing. I just spoke to the airport hotel we were due to stay at tonight and they still have our booking. IC's so-called Customer Support department STINKS!! This is the worst travel company I've EVER dealt with. NEVER AGAIN.

Our Princess cruise was cancelled in mid February. Initial response from IC was refund would be dealt with by departure dates - ours was 15 April. IC now claims a voucher will be issued. Cash refund will not be processed till July, despite my plead that my husband has cancer and unlikely to take another holiday and wants a cash refund of £9,000+ to help my son's failing business!
