replacement bus service too slow

Complaint against Abellio Greater Anglia

the replacement buses should not have to wait at a station any longer than the leaving time of the train at that station. when at Drem this morning we had to wait until 8:35 yet the 8:18 train from North Berwick Which this bus was replacing would have left that stationat 8:28. this dalay happened at all stations along the route which meant by the time we arrived at Musselburgh we were running more in line with the train that would have left North Berwick after 9am. I fail to see the logic in this scenario and feel that this only frustrates passengers and the bus drivers who are only doing what is asked of them. It also creates a bad impression of the railway companies and makes more people to take their cars, which is less green. Also to drop us off 150 metres from the train station is unsuitable for people with disabilities. The walk this morning was very painful, as I am waiting for knee replacement and walking any distance is very painful. At the moment I am unable to drive but as soon as I can I will not be taking the trains unless they start and consider their passengers comfort. To cause the distress of this morning is inconsiderate, for those of us who have to be in town for work at 9am arriving on a bus about 9:45 is unacceptable.
