Departure on connecting flight delayed by 2 days on 1 Nov and so far no compensation offered

Complaint against KLM

Arrived at Schipol from Nairobi on Kenya Airways at 3.30 pm on 1/11/15 to connect with KLM to Heathrow on same ticket. Past departure time announced at gate flight cancelled go to T2 where sky priority line did not move at all. Went to T4 where rebooked for 03/11/15. Meanwhile announced as all nearby hotels fully booked passengers should make own arrangements. From London my son booked one night at a city hotel where I proceeded and next day without luggage rebooked for night of 2nd November and flew out to Heathrow on 3rd November. At 73 yrs age traveling business class I am claiming £1000 per night
