[LAPSED] Charged for luggage but when i got to airport i had to pay

Complaint against 321 Travel

When i 1st booked rhe holiday the took am extra £100 from my visa. I paid for 20kg of luggage which meant we got 10kg of hand luggage. When i then travelled on 25th mar 17 i was charged at the airport for luggage. What i dont understand is that luggage was booked on for coming home. Ive rang and they hang up. The customer complaints team dont seem to answer

If you have baggage on the way home but not on the outbound this is obviously an issue with the airline. Just give our admin team a call and they will sort the refund for you. Like any other company we can experience high levels of calls and you have to be patient in the queue system. I hope this helps the issue.

I had parience for 25 mins then was hung up on thw tried again for a further 15 mins where i was 1st in the queue for so long.

Nobody hangs up on anyone. Personally when I ring my bank during peak periods it can take over an hour to get through. I have to wait until my call is answered. We are no different.
