Complaint against Tour Center

My worst experience ever with this Tour Center, I booked a holiday through them which I should have gone exactly through Wowcher, the staff was ok but they failed to inform you of problems that arise only when you give them a call. Frist bad experience I tried to part pay for my holiday as I did not have suffient funds in my account at the time, the advisor advised me that was ok he was only going to take a deposit to secure the airline seats. The next day I was wandering why no one had called me to advised me about my tickets or terminal we needed to take or anything. This was a Saturday morning when I had to call again and the number I had for them was saying it was out of order? when I went back online and Google the number it then stated that this was in the incorrect number we was using but this was the number I had been calling all the time. Anyway I did get through to an operation who then advised me that my payment was not taken as they tried to take out the whole payment?. This was resolved and I was then advised that someone will call me back to confirm my booking, this never happened I waiting until Monday morning when I got into work only to be told I needed to check in on the Ryanair website. This was not a problem but being aware I have never been outside of the eu country before and this was all new to be so I would have liked someone to just have explained this to me I am not dumb. anyway this could not be done as the website was making my husband sit one way and myself another. so I then called the agencies again who kindly helped me and booked our flights seats yet again I needed to send back a confirmation email but was not advised. Apparently now I had to pay addition fee for me and my husband to sit together? after going through all this I could not be asked and made the payment on my husband card. The following day I called them again as I still have not heard from them only for them to tell me that my payment had not gone through and I needed to call Ryanair myself again. Good job they was not busy and I got through straight away... its my birthday weekend and I am being totally honest with you I will not be using TOURCENTER again as I explained before for a first time flyer this experience was not only scary it was not nice at all.
