Complaint against National Holidays
We have had a lovely weekend (8-9th April) going to Cadbury World and the Safari the only thing that was disappointing was the hotel (Quality Hotel Wolverhampton). The hotel was very shabby and in need of refurbishment. The room that we stayed in (308-309) was clean but absolutely boiling as the radiator was broken and had no thermostat to control the temperatures. There was a lovely flat screen tv on the wall but neither tv worked although we did try to retune them both. The room had hot drink facilities but no spoons. Although the food was well cooked there was not enough Yorkshire puddings for everyone and two ladies did not have a meal at all. The following morning at breakfast there was no tea or coffee until asked. The poor Receptionist was working really hard and was trying to manage Reception, serving food and the bar. We understand from the driver that this was the first time this hotel had been used and I do feel that an inspection needs to be made as I am sure it is not the usual standard for National Holidays. Most of the people were complaining and we were informed that one couple who go on a lot of these holidays said it was the worst hotel they had ever stayed in. Other people who have been on this break before have always commented how nice the hotel was s0 deffinitely cannot be this one!!!!!!
