Arogant ignorant misarable uncommunicative coach driver

Complaint against National Holidays

Booked coach trip to Stamford/Lincoln 20/05/17 -21/05/17 from swallow hotel Stockton on tees coacH driver called Ian minimal interaction with customers only to tell us if we wanted bottled water kept in his fridge it wouLd cost us 60p which would go to his. Local dog shelter, on the journey minimal interaction with all passengers. Abrupt in manner did not know where hewas going needed to ask another driver which delayed set off time, on arriving at Stamford overheard driver discussing passengers advice given by other national driver if they don't turn up in time you need to tell them they have a phone and ring the number and if they don,t leave them! Later when meal was served in hotel Ian made it very clear to the waitress that he refused to sit in the area designated for the national party and sat in reserved area above party. Staff at hotel uncomfortable with his choice. We where tod leaving time from Lincon would be 10am as nothing would be on anyway! In Lincon when we arrived late at Lincon only under 3hrs available no communication with passengers .re: stopping for comfort break. We had no comfort break throughout return journey felt rushed as all passengers felt, and openly complained. We arrived back in stockmen around 17.10 we have never experienced any feeling of burning tHe driver in the past as they have all been excellent in manner and professionalism, but on this occasion it totally ruined our break along with many other customers
