hi i was on one of your national holiday trips to southport on the 25th september 2017. myself and my partner mr b crawford was very disipointed with this trip we got to southport on the monday. when the driver stopped he said right i will see you all on thursday to pick up for home no more exemation than that so we thought ok everything we must need to know will be displayed in our hotel . we got inside and asked do you no anything about our trip to liverpool what day and time also do you know what time we are leaving on thursday to go back home they said no but ask tomorrow . we went down the next morning to ask about liverpool they said we are looking into it ask again later so we went and had a coffee when we asked again they said the trip to liverpool had left at 9.30 without us i said how could that happen when we only asked about it at 8.45 and we had not left the hotel they was nothing at all up in our hotel and no infomation from the reception at all and we only found out at 5.30 on the wednesday nigtht what time our departure was on the thursday was i did bring this up with our driver about the lack of information and about our liverpool trip in witch we missed he said well others made it so i said yes arnt they lucky and a few also missed it the same as i did . we did ask at recption about it but no one
