Complaint against National Holidays
When we got to Blackpool on the 30th October i asked the driver what time we would be getting picked up on the friday the 3rd of November he said he was only dropping off and said see the rep so i went to the reception and asked when the rep was coming they told me they don't come every day i needed to know so i could ring and book my mini bus on friday morning. The hotel in my room was 3 people we only had one set of towels all week wet towels not good i asked for some more but they only change them once a week. It is disgusting the room was damp i have asthma not good for me i asked for another room but there wasn't one the dining room at an awful smell in it .it put me off eating in it for the money we paid i expected somewhere descent . i was glad to the bus drive on friday but all he did was have go at everyone's suitcase he didn't stop on the way home i wasn't happy about that i can't fit in the toilet on the bus i had to ring for my taxi when we got to hull he didn't say a thing just get your suitcase. Not happy at all this will make think twice about booking with you again Mrs t Lofthouse
