Complaint against National Holidays

We booked a weekend to London as I really wanted to go to Madame Tussauds and as National Holidays were doing this as part of a deal we decided to go for them as it was part of my 50th birthday present, when we arrived at the hotel we were given an adjoining room which we changed straight away, the food was cold on the evening meal,and there was not a choice of what you could have unless you paid for it. The hotel was miles away from anywhere and not even in London so we had no choice but to stay at the hotel, we did manage to find a chip shop 2 miles away!!!! there was a wedding party which seemed to feel like it was in our room !!!!! I asked the front desk what time it was due to finish and he said 1am!!!!! but they would lower the music by about 10.30 - 10.45 when this didnt happen I rang the front desk as we wanted to get some rest he said he would ask them to lower it, the boom boom noise was so loud my glasses shook on the table, this carried on until after 1am, we were shattered, the breakfast was not much better it was cold and no coffee just tea. I cannot fault our driver, he was made aware that we had moved rooms as another family should have got the adjoining room and they too complained. I will not be recommending the Hotel to anyone. What should have been an enjoyable weekend ended up been very stressful and tiring if I could have moved hotels I would and a little closer to London it was a 45 minute drive from London a horrible location. We were told none of this when it was booked and was not as described.
