Complaint against National Holidays

Bournemouth & New Forest week 03/07/16 The Hotel was clean but the reception was unmanned from giving our keys to collect them at the end, I needed to contact someone only the chef was available Our TV did not work a piece of tape was put around the wire eventually allowing us a couple of channels - not very safe ! On our free days Tuesday and Wednesday we could not access the garden, lounge or bar area as there was funeral wakes being held, also on the Friday our trip out was cut short and there was another funeral held in the hotel, this made it so we had to stay in our rooms only The brochure implied that it was Bournemouth & New Forest that was why we booked it, instead we had a very short coach drive through a small part of the Forest we did not leave the coach,then allowed off the coach in a small village for a snack We were back from our (day) trip by 2pm as the coach driver had been given another job to do our trip lasted less than 5 hours and was rushed I feel cheated from what was offered and what we received
