I wrote a complaint letter on 9/11/16 which was posted with other mail but the others received ttthe

Complaint against National Holidays

The bus turned up 40 mins late and the office advised it was traffic while the other office said it had broken down but in fact the driver had finished late the night before and could not collect the bus. Our first stop in vibrant Leeds was half an hour in Leeds bus station where we were overcharged for food and use of toilet. After hour we were dropped at bus station for 1hour in Leeds not city centre.When we arrived at hotel at 5.55 they did not have to the list of names so we had to do in the foyer till 6.40 when we were given our keys just in time to go to the room drop cases and return as dinner was at 7pm. It was a complete shambles .
