Complaint against National Holidays

We were told a two day tour of Liverpool, with dramatic Hotel. Pick up went well we arrived 12.30 ish were told we could not go to hotel room until after three pm, dinner would be prompt at 7pm and if we didn't get there on time we would not get dinner. We were told to leave our luggage in some bar. When entering our room the smell of damp and rot was awful, the bath was dirty with water marks in green. The bedroom carpet was filthy and sticky, it was so warm in the room we tried to open the window but it was jammed by layers of paint and mould, bad health and safety. We arrived for our dinner at seven the soup was reasonable, as a vegetarian I was given two roast potatoes peas carrots and a piece of puff pastry with tinned tomatoes in it was dry and totally unapatazing, for sweet I had three small profit balls, I was so hungry I had to go to get something to eat from outside the hotel. Breakfast was as bad cold plates, no eggs, as they had run out? Very disapointed. I then went to ask the lady on the reception where we had to leave our luggage, her attitude was awful and she spoke to me like a child. We were told return would be at 3pm, it was then tippex out and time changed to 1pm return, we got on our coach at 1pm but had to wait until 2pm because some people hadn't see the change of time. My sister and I are so very disapointed and feel it has been a miserable time, the only good point was The tribute band. I think you owe me for a couple of meals and I hope to hear from you soon.
