Complaint against National Holidays
I am sending this email to your company as a complaint. I booked with National Holidays in May to go on 21 July 2017 till 24th July. My first time @ IOW. We had booked to go from Altrincham @ 9.05am we waited till 9-30am no coach appeared then this mini bus turns up & the driver told us he had to take us to Sandbach services where National Holidays coach would pick us up, we arrived @ Sandbach & was told the coach is on its way. When the coach arrived @ 10-30am it wasnt a National Holiday coach it was a Redline coach from Preston & the Driver never said why he had to come, also the Driver Brian had issues with body odour it wasnt very nice to say the least.We eventually arrived @ the Hotel around 7-45pm & the evening meal was disgusting obviously kept warm ?? the rest of the meals could have been better 1 morning the full breakfast had to be sent back as this was cold & replaced with a hot one, on the Sat he took us to the Needles & we stayed 21/2 hrs which we didnt need to as not a lot there, we had a free Day Sunday which was great, I would liked to have seen Osbourne House we actually passed it & never stopped. I was dissapointed with the Hotel Shanklin Beach it smelt musty & damp hotel could do with a bit of TLC, our friends who came with us had to change rooms as she has slight asthma.I was dissapointed with this break as the driver never pointed out any places of interest also we never had any communication from National regarding changes to the travelling arrangements as we had to do the reverse coming home [email protected] Sand bach & wait for the minibus to come back to Altrincham. I have travelled with National on many occasions & never experienced problems like this before I will not be going again with this tour Company I will make my own arrangements to IOW as there were some lovely hotels out there.I wouldnt mind paying a bit more to have it right.Heres hoping you can resolve these issues soon as I am sure you wouldnt want to lose your customers.
