Complaint against National Holidays
We booked a holiday in January to depart end of march I decided to call into there shop in Blackpool this week to check which hotel we would stay at only to be told whole trip was cancelled on 20th of February by sending an email to me . Now I have checked spam and normal emails and the only email sent from national on 20th February was an advertisement for more trips . This means had I not called in to shop we would have been waiting at pick up point to find out trip was cancelled . I know they have changed from letters to paperless but I think the should back up cancelled trips with a phone call to make sure people do not get shock on morning of departure
