Complaint against National Holidays

After a lovely tour Whitby/Beamish 25/26th March 2017 from Sutton in Ashfield,Notts. I left a package on the overhead rack. I phone 20 minutes later to be told I would get a call back. I rang again the next day with the same reply,and no call back, My daughter rang,to be told a lost property form should be filled out(i was not told this). My daughter did this over the phone. I did get a call back the next day,telling me I would be informed of any progress in finding the package. After hearing nothing again,I phoned again,and spoke to yet another person,and told the cleaners would have found anything left on the bus and locked it up in the lost property although they had heard nothing. This was a week after! Nothing been done !!
