Poor service and venue

Complaint against National Holidays

My son and I have just returned from Scarborough, venue was poor and very tired and dirty. Arrived at 11.15am and everyone was informed that rooms were not available until 3.00pm. When this time eventually arrived, the room that we were given was not which was booked, I booked a TWIN, this was a double. On approaching the national express representative, I was was informed that I would have to stand in the queue for reception. After standing in this queue for approximately 40 minutes, the same representative informed me that our room had been changed. When we visited the room, the bed needed to be split into 2 singles and the appropriate linen needed to be fitted. At approximately 5.30pm this service was completed, and although it was still not great we put up with it for 2 nights. Very poor customer service, very poor representation and very poor altogether. No more National Holidays for me.
