When I booked the 4 day holiday beginning 18.12.17 I was told there were no single rooms for this trip only on the 5 day trip on the same day. I agreed to pay double the money and have a single room as I had promised 2 of my elderly friends I would take them away. I rang at least 5 times from the booking on 27th November to 15th December to see if a single room could be arranged and was told there were none for this trip. While on the trip I spoke to 2 of your customers on the same tip and they advised me they had rung the week before the trip and changed their booking from a twin room to 2 singles. It appears that the rules only apply to certain people. I travel with you a lot and I would like to have an explanation why I was the only person on this trip that paid £198 against everyone else paying £99 when it was not necessary. If a cancellation came in why was my request for a single room not put on my account and why was I not contacted
