The attitude of a driver, Mike, to his passengers
Complaint against National Holidays
Tour Reference 5561H 1. We were on our way back to Leeds, and changing buses in Chester. He dropped us off at the coach park, said come back in 3 hrs time and we had about a mile to walk to the city centre. At least half of the passengers were disabled in some way, and they found it difficult. However, did as asked, and returned, boarding the only National bus on the stand. He was standing outside smoking, and eventually told us we should be on the INGLEBY COACH. so we changed coaches, and waited to see what happened when the remaining passengers arrived. He was still outside smoking, and allowed them to board the National Holidays coach!. When the new arrivals came, who were destined for Llandudno, there was a battle of seat numbers, and THEN Mike told them to board the Ingleby coach. They were furious. Mike told my husband that he was in his sixties and had had enough hassle...my husband replied that he is 90 next year, and had to put up with people like him.. All the passengers were so infuriated that they said they would get in touch with National Holidays to complain...
