Complaint against National Holidays

I booked a weekend coach trip with National Holidays over 6 weeks in advance. The main reason I chose this trip was that it had a local pick up point that wasn't too difficult for me to get to as a single traveller, either a single bus ride or taxi. I was also able to chose and reserve my seat on the coach and as at that time the coach was almost empty I chose seat 1D at the front. I was told at time of booking that should another single traveller book they would probably be sat next to me, I was fine with that and paid for the trip with single person supplement. Got home last night to find a message from my travel agent saying they had a call from National Holidays to say they no long pick up at my pick up point and they have changed my seating arrangement. The only reason I booked this trip was due to there being this local pick up point, so when I contacted National Holiday to explain this and cancel the trip I was told there would be a £30 cancellation fee. When I explained the reason I was wanting to cancel was that THEY have changed the details and it would be more difficult and expensive for me to get to the new pick up point they still said there would be the cancellation fee or they could offer me £15 towards the extra cost (taxi fees) of getting to the new pick up, never mind the additional travel time. I then spent the afternoon ringing around local taxi firms for estimates and the average came to £20 each way. I also went back online to their website and they are still advertising this trip with my pick point and when I went to the seating arrangement my original seat 1D is still available,so why did they change it? I'm not happy. A trip I was looking forward too, is now going to cost me more and I'm still not getting what I paid for. I'm not getting the pick up point that they advertised and I originally paid for, I'm not getting the reserved seat which I picked, I'm half expecting to get a sub-standard hotel room with a view of the hotel kitchen bins for the cost of my single person supplement. As this was the first time using this company, it was a bit of a trail run, in the hope that if all went well I could use them for further trips throughout the year, however, if this is their standard of customer service I just don't trust them to uphold their end of their agreement
