Complaint against Luton Airport
Had a flight on Saturday 23rd September 2017 at 17.20pm. After checking in luggage requested wheelchair access due to health issues. Presented my Boarding pass with obvious detailing of my actual flight time and other details.. Was escorted by a member of staff who had taken me and my friend to the wrong gate number. Was just left there and my friend was told we are in the wrong place. Although I was in pain and discomfort made a dash to the correct gate with seconds to spare. Our luggage was taken off the flight and then put back on. Because of the incompetence of someone in wheelchair access area I went through this ordeal and due to the stress had a flare up of my condition and was in a lot of pain with my left leg under investigation causing me to limp. I am of course very angry that things were not double checked and I was not safely delivered to the correct boarding gate and the suffering I went through because of staff not doing their jobs properly. For this reason want to raise this as a complaint.
