Complaint against Swissport

I have been 1 hour early on airport. I had only small hand baggage. I went to buy a water. At the gate to the plane I was 10 minutes before departure but they did not let me in. They said that they finished boarding. There was no information displayed that gate is closing. They did not call out passengers. There was no final call out for passengers flying to Wrocław. I have seen my plain - doors were still open, steps where still there. It is ridicules. I was 5 meters far away from plain. I have been told to leave the duty-free zone.They found me a plane few hours later for an additional fee of 100 pounds. I’m really disappointed with your poor service - no help. No interest. I was already visible in the check-in system. Something may have happened to me. I am in a zone to which I will not go without check-in and I am not on the plane. Nobody care. I have waste my time and money. That was really stressful for me. That’s never happened to me before. I have been on time and they did not let me in!!!The man from Swissport was nasty, unsapportive...
