Ridiculous baggage reclaim at Luton

My father died suddenly on 03 August and after a harrowing visit to Northern Ireland to bury him I was left waiting 70 minutes for baggage reclaim at Luton on 08 August. After completing my second trip to Ireland to sort through his belongings - I am once again stood at Luton Airport having departed the plane at 16:49, it is now 17:27 and still no bags have come. No announcement - nothing. How can you provide such a appalling service? I am grieving the loss of my father right now and I have spent over 90 minutes waiting for a cabin bag.
