Complaint against Swissport

I am traveling to India, and I have gone to the Air India checkout counter, where a frustrated lady is telling her colleague, that she is stressed out. She spoke to us abruptly, and I admit it was our fault for being over the baggage allowance. On previous occasions we have been charged £100 overall for extra baggage. Today we were told it was £100 each. Myself and my wife did protest but we were made aware of the alternative. We reluctantly made our way over to pay the money at the Air India desk. The lady looked at the paper and said £100 please. We paid the money and went across to board. The ‘stressed out ‘lady told us we had not paid enough, and we told her that we paid what was asked for. She made a phone call and the lady on the other end said we had told her it was one piece of luggage. I did not. She had the paper clearly stating 3. We went over to speak to her and she was very rude, saying it doesn’t make any difference to her and that the money was not going in her pocket. They were both rude and arrogant. I would expect to be treated with a smile and pleasantries. Old fashioned courtesy and manners. I am very very disappointed
