Complaint against Swissport

I arrived for a flight to Belfast 1 minute late and your despatcher decided that I could not board the flight. I had no bags to check in. I get this flight and others around the UK and I know I would not have delayed the flight. Your check in staff were not very helpful and when I asked for this to be escalated he. Would not give me his name and told me to calm down ! He even had the audacity to start arguing when I arrived. I am totally upset about the whole episode. I am absolutely determined to understand why someone with one grain of common sense could not check me in?
