Kuoni Travel
Total rip off. Paid £8K for our honeymoon to the Maldives and upgraded our flight outbound and paid another £4K. Kuoni did not tell us they charged £750 for a booking fee to do this and now won't entertain our complaint. Don't buy from them, terrible customer service
