Terrible communication/customer service. Told would have to wait up to 7 days for a response!. Couldn’t find hotel I named even though I sent picture from their website. No direct communication when phoning in. They take the query then pass it on to someone else with the 7 day wait. Cannot modify booking online unless you have paid the full price. They state queries are dealt with by date of holiday which is ridiculous. Like most people I want everything booked and confirmed same day. By waiting the booking could be lost. Queries should be dealt with as and when they are received. Quite positive the call centre is not in UK. Would not use again which is a pity because their prices are good. They need to reorganise the call centre/customer services to give at least 24 hour service like most travel agents. 7 days is awful.
