Complaint against Lastminute.com
I booked a holiday to Gibraltar with lastminute.com. We chose Gibraltar due to passport restrictions. We booked and paid for a package of flights and a hotel. The hotel was: Asur Hotel Campo de Gibraltar When I spoke to an advisor on the phone 'Nick' he confirmed that the hotel was in Gibraltar. However when I received a confermation email the hotel was in Spain. Both the advisor and the mobile site for lastminute.com was misleading and wrong. When I contacted their customer care they said it's non refundable and non transferalble. I was hung up on multiple times and was promised both a call back and an email and have revived neither! The company is awful.
