Complaint against Lastminute.com

Two hours before we were to fly out, a rep called and informed me hotel was treble booked and offered an alternative but looking at alternative hotels reviews and pictures I declined the offer. They then offered another 5 star hotel. We arrived in early hours of the morning and headed to reception only to be told there was no reservation, so we had to sleep on sunloungers on the beach with our luggage which was scary and intimidating and all 3 of my party has a disability. At 8am I went to said hotel and showed him the email stating we were to stay in the hotel so on checking the receptionist stated that we were reserved from 17 oct-24 October instead of 17 September-24 September. I messaged my friend back in UK to get in touch with company as I couldnt call from my phone, so the offered another hotel which was in a different area and miles from where we opted to stay. After paying £30 to taxi we went to look at hotel. The hotel had many stairs to get to eating area which was disgusting with rotten fruit and flies all over the food available. I declined this offer but had to wait 2 hrs for company to cancel that hotel.. Next, they offered another hotel and we paid another £30 to get back to another hotel, which we accepted as we were tired from getting out pillar to post. This hotel only catered for Russians and the pool was overlooked with trees. I originally booked the 1st hotel as it was central to where I wanted to go and did cater for British too so we had to get taxis from hotel to the centre. I was distraught and stressed causing anxiety attacks due to being sent all over marmaris and 5 hotels later we had to accept the latter hotel. I will never book with ithis company again. I also had to call them from airport ready to board the plane as they didn't get in contact before we boarded. That's when they offered the 5 star hotel only for us having to sleep on sunloungers which is absurd. I have a disability and so did the other 2 passengers and this company didn't care about this or about where they were sending us. We lost a day travelling to different hotels all over marmaris and beyond there also resulting in our disabilities becoming worse due to this fact. As stated I'll never book with this company again and we should be compensated for our ordeal. I have papers stating they booked us into a hotel 17-24 October instead of September 17-24th and I also have photos of the fruit and chipped plates, broken stairs etc from the hotel we were sent to miles away from where we wanted to be as originally booked.
