Holiday disappointment

Complaint against Lastminute.com

This was our first family holiday together we have a 10 yr old and an 11 month old, on the first nite of arriving we Had to wait for our room to be cleaned, so went into the restaurant food didn’t look very appealing but ate as we were hungry after travelling most of the day, the food was disgusting, that evening I was up all night vomiting. The room was terrible a bit that u wouldn’t even put a dog in let alone my baby!! Then from about 1-4 in the morning there was a huge comosion with in the hotel ambulance and police turned up people fighting blood everywhere was absolutely disgusting. Spoke to a lady at reception the next day she looked half asleep told me to come back she couldn’t do nothing. I was so upset we decided to try and make the best of a bad situation, 2 days later we thought let’s try lunch at the hotel as we didn’t bring enough money to eat out every day as we were all inclusive, so my partner ate a kebab that afternoon, and was in bed vomiting and diarrhoea that evening and the next day. There was no baby pool no children’s entertainment it was just a joke. I’ve taken pics of the room that we had to stay in. I need help on what todo next because I can’t leave this out first family holiday and I’ve never been so happy to be back home.
