My wife booked a five day break via this company to Krakow for my 60th birthday. Everything was fine until we noticed that the return flight was from the newer airport, which on checking was 130 miles away. Tried four times to speak to them explaining the situation...only to email quoted replies that there was no way to change.....we thought that odd considering we have 4 months to go, surely Poland is not that hot or in demand in November. We have been told that it is the hotel policy not to allow changes, yet on direct application we find they can and will and have! So there is the first error (refer to a matching word for die). Their own confirmation email says we can chance, amend or cancel our booking....but trying to anything and we received the same nondescript reply....none committal for assisting us but certainly ensuring they are getting their money’s worth. We have booked our own return flight as the cost of the taxi to the other hotel is £130 approx. So a flight for two with baggage is a lot less. This is the worst company we have dealt with and this is after travelling all over including Jamaica, Cuba, Dom Rep and Vegas...... To be so disappointed in this company has left a bad taste in our mouths and we will be going to the BBC to report them. Poor.
