Complaint against Holiday Discount Centre
I have booked a holiday (flight & hotel) for 2 costing £1349 to Tenerife on Sunday 5th August 2018 to Sunday 12th August. At the time of booking I paid £615 deposit on my credit card. The booking was made on afternoon of the 5th of May & was told a confirmation email would be sent within 24hrs. I called again the morning of the 6th May to discuss my payment and was told that the confirmation would be sent within the next few hours. I am still waiting. I am very anxious to receive confirmation of my flight and hotel booking. I expect to receive this by 3pm on the 7th May. If I do not get full confirmation and receipt of payment, I will be contacting my credit card provider.
