Complaint against Holiday Discount Centre

I have booked a holiday (flight & hotel) for 2 costing £1349 to Tenerife on Sunday 5th August 2018 to Sunday 12th August. At the time of booking I paid £615 deposit on my credit card. The booking was made on afternoon of the 5th of May & was told a confirmation email would be sent within 24hrs. I called again the morning of the 6th May to discuss my payment and was told that the confirmation would be sent within the next few hours. I am still waiting. I am very anxious to receive confirmation of my flight and hotel booking. I expect to receive this by 3pm on the 7th May. If I do not get full confirmation and receipt of payment, I will be contacting my credit card provider.

Absolutely disgusting company harass me constantly on the phone for over 15 minutes constantly heaving voice messages and being very rude on the phone I have now reported them to the police has my phone is recorded
